BASEhabitat Master starts in 2018
The University of Art and Design Linz offers a new branch of study within the architecture master from Oktober 2018. Its focus is on socially just, ecologically and economically responsible architecture and spatial development in a global context. Central elements of the program are planning, designing and building, mainly with renewable building materials, such as earth and bamboo, and cooperation with partner-NGOs and local communities.
Qualification: Bachelor in architecture
Language: German/Englisch (very good knowledge of German required)
Duration: 4 semesters/two years
Degree: Master of Architecture
Location: Linz/Austria, at least one semester on a construction site abroad
